Pre-Paid Consignment Program

Pre-Paid Consigment Program: For hosting a booth @ EVENTS ONLY. Only pay for what sells! We accept returns on any unsold merchandise unless you paid a reduced fee and agreed not to return. Pre-Payment in full is required as a fully refundable security deposit to secure/ship any orders @ Wholesale/Distributor Costs for events. To receive Wholesale or Distributor Costs for an event, a minimum of any combination of 10 different puriTeewear.com items must be purchased. If less than 10, a minimum may be required as well as a price adjustment (unless other arrangemts are agreed to with Victoria Lyn). Security deposit/payment is made via credit card (or check, cashiers check or money order). If security deposit is made via credit card, that amount is FULLY refunded onto the card used, once any and all items not sold are sent back and received; and a check, money order or cashiers check for payment in full of sold items is received and cleared. ***PLEASE NOTE: Any unsold merchandise must be shipped back (see below; shipping info.) within 7 days or less after event to receive refund UNLESS other agreement is made in writing. PLEASE Email us your ENDING INVENTORY WITHIN 2 DAYS (prior to shipping any returns) of Event Ending so we may plan accordingly for events following your event, thank you. KEEP IN MIND, the sooner we receive your Ending Inventory, Unsold Merchandise and Payment for Sold Items the sooner we can credit your credit card if any is due...(Cashiers Check or Money Order speeds up the process by 3 days). Due to the deep discounts for wholesale distributors, shipping is paid by distributor for both directions unless other arrangements are made prior to event and ordering merchandise (considerations are made on significant orders only). We do not want to charge re-stocking fees (and rarely have), however, there may be up to a 10% re-stocking fee (based on volume and time), if merchandise is NOT returned with the rubber bands on and they were removed/discarded OR merchandise is thrown in box in a manner that requires us to iron, refold, re-rubberband, etc. (HELPFUL HINT: IT will actually save you money in shipping to neatly pack the box similar to how it was received as it reduces the number of boxes and greatly reduces the shipping cost...be sure to use plenty of tape on outside of box). It is OPTIONAL, but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to insure the boxes as you are resposible for merchandise until it is delivered to puriTeewear.com (KEEP TRACKING #'s AND INSURANCE PAPERWORK...UPS preferable, Fed-Ex OK as long as trackable; must not be USPS or Parcel Post). Any items returned with damages cannot be credited (and late returns may incur fees based on money lost for future events). All orders are triple counted...any discrepancies not addressed within 48 hours of receipt and prior to event will not be able to be considered, thank you. ***Please note: if you choose to keep the payment on your credit card for airline miles or any other reason, you will incur a 3% fee + any transaction fees. PLEASE NOTE: After 60 days, paypal does NOT ALLOW refunds, thus this 3% fee will be automatically added to the original charge amount and any refund due will thus be sent by check less the 3%. For Ongoing Events, you may exchange items (within 60 days or if not discontinued).
