- Privacy Policy
- puriTeewear.com is committed to protecting your privacy and does not share any of your information nor sell any information. Once your credit card information is entered, we cannot even view it. We take every step necessary to protect your information and ALL transactions are secure.
- Consumer Agreement
- Consumer agrees to accept First Class Shipping with NO tracking on any and all orders under $50. If they prefer a "trackable method", it is then required that they PHONE IN their order to choose their method of tracking and thereby agree to the additional fees that would apply. In the RARE event a processed, packaged and shipped order is not received within 21 days of shipping, Consumer agrees to accept a valid Postal receipt (which will include the date, corresponding City, State and Zip code and corresponding weight) as proof of the merchandise being sent and releases puriTeewear.com from any and all liability for any delivery services negligence. Please address any questions or concerns regarding this policy to Victoria Lyn @ ladyvic @sbcglobal.net. We have been in ministry with puriTeewear.com for almost 4 years and have NEVER had a package lost by the USPS or UPS, but we are aware that packages do and can be lost, so we strongly encourage you to PHONE IN your order and obtain the additional tracking. We keep this policy in place to help our Customers SAVE MONEY...AND we provide the option of a "Trackable Method" as noted in our Shipping/Delivery Policies.
- Shipping & Delivery
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping. Our Shipping Rates are the lowest in any industry (and we often run FREE Shipping Specials). In order to keep our rates down and pass the savings on to our customers, we do not use "Tracking" methods on orders under $50 unless a customer phones in the order and CHOOSES to pay the additional tracking fee. We require the tracking option by phone since there are many options with or without insurance and we only charge the exact fees on these services, therefore we do an exact weight and exact calculation which is not possible on the site. However, should you choose our "Auto Best Rate w/ NO Tracking", we do RETAIN our Post Office and any shipping method Receipts to document that your merchandise was shipped and on what date and time. We give you the option to pay the higher shipping rate for a "trackable" and/or insurable method should you choose to pay the extra fees. If you prefer a "trackable" method, you MUST PHONE IN your order so the additional fee can be determined and assessed prior to shipping.
- Return Policy
- We accept returns on merchandise ONLY with prior approval...certain conditions apply. Our usual and customary policy is to not accept returns after an order has been placed and processed (can take up to 2 weeks) and shipped, so be sure of your order before purchasing. We are a small apostolate working hard to spread purity and once we receive an order and process it, we cannot return it to our vendors. We are required to order minimums and thus simply cannot order items only to have them returned or we would need to raise our prices. If you feel you have a good reason for an exception to this stated policy, you may speak with Victoria Lyn. Once an order has been shipped, a return or refund is NOT possible. If an exception is made, return shipping will be at your own expense and it must be insured for the amount of the order. ALL Returns will incur a 5-15% restocking fee (based on size of order and condition of return) plus a deduction in refund for shipping and handling expenses. All merchandise is inspected for any possible defects prior to shipping. We will be happy to do an exchange on any incorrect sizes ordered within 30 days of order date when item has not been worn and is returned in the same new condition as received along with any and all packaging (ie. velvet ring pouch). You MUST first call for approval, to make sure item wanted is in stock, and to find out the amount to include. ALL return policies and expenses stated herein apply with exchanges as well.
